These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and t bazi ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://t-bazi.com. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the t bazi platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

t bazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent revision clearly indicated at the top. Continued use of the t bazi platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the t bazi Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the more specific rule will take precedence in relation to that game or promotion only.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. t bazi makes no representation that the materials or services on the platform are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using t bazi is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

t bazi is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion offered by t bazi. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to every player regardless of payment method, game type, or account tier.

By registering an account on t bazi, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. t bazi conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") age verification as part of its standard account verification process. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested will have their accounts suspended and all pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility criteria must be met to register and maintain an active t bazi account:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and play.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of t bazi or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or regulatory, that covers the t bazi platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Persons using VPNs, proxy servers, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions are not eligible to play and will have their accounts suspended.

To access real-money betting and casino services on t bazi, you must create a single registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number. You are prohibited from registering under a false identity, using another person's personal details, or providing any information that is materially misleading. t bazi relies on the accuracy of registration information to fulfil its legal and operational obligations, and any material inaccuracy may result in account suspension.

t bazi operates a mandatory KYC verification process. At any stage — and in particular before processing a first withdrawal — t bazi may request supporting documentation to verify your identity and payment method. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days and showing your registered address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must notify t bazi support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• t bazi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
• Account sharing — allowing a third party to access and use your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

t bazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t bazi does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be automatically declined at the payment gateway level.

The minimum deposit amount on t bazi is ৳500 for all mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for card payments (Visa, Mastercard). There is no mandatory maximum single deposit, though t bazi's fraud monitoring systems may request additional verification for unusually large deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for all payment methods. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. t bazi does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit traceable to a payment account not matching the registered t bazi account holder's name will be returned to the source, and the t bazi account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy applies equally to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and card payments.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same name as the t bazi account.
• t bazi does not charge a fee for deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, are communicated in the cashier section of your account.
• t bazi uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all financial transactions to protect your payment data.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a player outside of the t bazi platform are treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• t bazi reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.

t bazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet promotions, and seasonal promotional events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming it.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses on t bazi are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳5,000 bonus means ৳100,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted).

t bazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement has been met, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account. Real-money deposits that have already been wagered in the process of clearing the bonus will not be refunded in the event of a promotion cancellation.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Families or housemates sharing a connection must each register independently and may not both claim the same one-time welcome bonus.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting t bazi support.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting wagering loopholes, using irregular betting patterns to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• t bazi uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Decisions made by t bazi's fraud and bonus integrity team regarding suspected bonus abuse are final.

All bets placed on t bazi's sports betting platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as the sport-specific rules applicable to each market. t bazi's sports betting product covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, basketball, and other sports as available on the platform from time to time.

Once a bet has been confirmed by the t bazi platform and a bet ID has been issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that all details of a bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming the wager. t bazi will not accept requests to void or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error.

t bazi reserves the right to void any bet — in whole or in part — in the event of a manifest error in pricing, a technical fault affecting the correct display of odds, late acceptance of a bet after an event has commenced, or any other circumstance where the integrity of the market is materially compromised. In the event of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

All casino games on t bazi — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generation ("RNG") technology sourced from t bazi's game provider partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The RNG systems used by t bazi's providers are independently audited by internationally recognised testing laboratories. t bazi does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Players must have sufficient account balance to cover the full stake of any bet or game round. t bazi does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day may apply and are disclosed in the relevant betting market or game information panel.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Collusion between players in any game — including poker, live casino, or any multiplayer format — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

By using the t bazi platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. t bazi maintains the right to a safe, fair, and fraud-free environment for all players, and any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform, the experience of other players, or the security of t bazi's systems will be treated with the utmost seriousness.

You agree that you will not use the t bazi platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes but is not limited to using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, defraud t bazi or other players, or engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Bangladeshi law or applicable international law.

• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the t bazi platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other players.
• You must not transmit any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code through the t bazi platform.
• You must not use the platform to engage in any form of harassment, threatening communication, or abusive behaviour directed at t bazi staff or other players.
• You must not post or transmit any content through the t bazi platform that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the t bazi platform.
• You must promptly notify t bazi support if you become aware of any bug, error, or exploit in the platform that could provide an unfair advantage. Exploiting known bugs is prohibited.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and must not disclose them to any third party for any reason.

t bazi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if t bazi reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if closing the account is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In the event of account closure initiated by t bazi for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that remain in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not yet been wagered may be returned to the player's original payment method at t bazi's sole discretion, subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and AML review.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting t bazi's support team via live chat or WhatsApp at any time. Voluntary account closures for responsible gaming purposes are processed immediately and are treated as self-exclusion requests. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons will not receive marketing communications from t bazi following closure.

Any disputes arising from account closure, balance disputes, or bonus forfeiture decisions must be submitted to t bazi's support team in the first instance. t bazi will review all disputes within 5 business days and communicate a decision in writing to the registered email address on the account. t bazi's decisions on account management matters, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, are final and binding.
